Our Mentorship program comprises a dynamic network of companies, founders, and innovators who come from a wide spectrum of career backgrounds and want to give back to our CoWA community. CoWA connects our Job seekers and Young entrepreneurs with our brilliant alumnae, scholars, and the general community to mentor and nurtures them. It's often easier for someone outside of yourself to notice where you need improvement.
