CoWA believes that employment is empowerment and the cornerstone of safe and healthy communities. CoWA guides the Kenya youth sector with innovative programs that empower disadvantaged and vulnerable youth to become self-sufficient contributing members of society. These programs are tailored to help youths find and keep jobs.

CoWA draws on its network of  1400 companies to offer attachments, internships, and job opportunities. CoWA has prepared over 5000 youths on job placement skills and placed  1000 into decent works
