CoWA guides the Kenya youth sector with innovative programs that empower disadvantaged and vulnerable youth to become self-sufficient contributing members of society. CoWA draws on its network of  1400 companies to offer attachments, internships, and job opportunities. CoWA has prepared over 5000 youths on job placement skills and placed  1000 into decent works
