1.Promotion & Advocacy for TVET
We champion skills development, innovation, and employability through awareness campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy initiatives.
2.Capacity Building of VTI management team & trainers
We strengthen the management teams and trainers of Vocational Training Institutions (VTIs) through targeted training and professional development programs.
3. Promotion of Dual Training Programme
We promote and support the integration of dual training approaches that link classroom learning with hands-on industry experience.
4.Facilitation of Skills Showcases & Job Fairs
We facilitate platforms such as World Skills Shows and job fairs to connect trainees with industry opportunities and celebrate excellence in skills development.
5.Organizing HR Development Forums
We organize forums that bring together industry leaders, educators, and policy makers to shape the future of workforce development.
6.Industry Capacity Building
We work directly with industries to enhance their training capacities, align skills with market needs, and strengthen employer engagement in TVET.
7. Policy Development Support & Dialogue
We support the development of TVET policies, facilitate policy dialogues, and encourage collaborative frameworks between government, industry, and training institutions.
